4. Procedure and method for
destruction of personal information
In principle, the company destroys
informations without delay after the purpose of collecting or
using of person information. The destruction procedure and method
are as follows.

The information entered by the member for membership
registration and etc. is transferred to a separate DB after the
purpose is achieved (If it is papers, it is transfferd to separate
document boxes) and is stored for a certain period of time (see
Period of retention and use of personal information) according to
the reasons for information protection under the internal policy
and other related statutes. Personal information transferred to a
separate DB is not used for other purposes.
destruction method
Personal information stored in electronic file types is deleted
using a technical method that cannot play back the recording.
Personal
information printed on paper is shredded or destroyed by
incineration.
Processing and deletion of
personal information upon cancellation of membership
When a member cancels membership through service withdrawal,
member information is retained for one month from the date of
cancellation of membership for "preventing recurrence of unlawful
use by bad members" and "cooperating with dispute resolution and
requests from investigative agencies".
Processing of personal
information of long-term non-users
For members who do not have service use records for one
year, personal information processing is stopped and stored
separately to protect the personal information of the information
subject.
5. Provision of Personal
Information
In principle, the company does not provide the users' personal
information to the outside. There
are exceptions in the following cases.

users may request to view their personal information, and may
request correction or deletion.
Correction of personal
information
To view and edit your personal information, login to the
KOVIHOUSE VR app using your ID and password. You can edit all
entries except for ID in the member profile edit menu of your
VRog.
Deletion of personal
information
The information subject who provided personal information
may request the deletion of the personal information from the
person in charge of personal information management. You can apply
via e-mail or phone to the person in charge of personal
information management of KOVIHOUSE VR, and it will be processed
within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the request.
Reset password in case of
forgot password
If you forget your password, click "Find
your password" at the bottom of the member's login menu to enter
what you need to verify your password, and the company will reset
your password after checking your status.
Cancellation of membership
For applying to cancel membership, the user check the user's
status by clicking My Page on the website of KOVIHOUSE VR and then
cancel the membership. The users can cancel subscribe or use the
member ID by the KOVIHOUSE VR Service, but this does not make all
services unavailable, and only some services requiring login will
not be available.
The company handles personal information that has been terminated
or deleted at the request of the users or legal representatives in
accordance with the "Private and
Use Period of Personal Information" and not allowed to access or
use it for other purposes.
8. Installation and operation of
Equipment to Collect Peronal Information and Refusal of it
In order to provide customized services for future users,
KOVIHOUSE/KOVIHOUSE VR uses 'cookie'
to store and recall users' information from time to time.

the KOVI House/KOVIHOUSE VR. KOVIHOUSE/KOVIHOUSE VR uses cookies

understand the usage patterns and size of each service they visit,
and to create more convenient services and provide optimized

refuse to save all cookies. However,
if you refuse to save cookies, some of the KOVIHOUSE/KOVIHOUSE VR
services that require user login will not be available.

Explorer > Internet Options > Privacy tab, the privacy tab
feature allows you to check or reject all cookies whenever cookies
are saved.
